1. ROASTED AND GROUND COFFEE EXPORT LICENCE                                

• Company Memorandum and Articles of Association       
• Certificate of Incorporation                                            
• Name of the Company Directors and passport size attested by Attorney
• Tax Clearance Certificate                                              
• Valid Trading license                                                    
• Office Inspection report duly signed by TCB and the Company
• Purchasing Agreement/Contract (For Non-roasting plant owners)

2. INSTANT COFFEE EXPORT LICENCE

• Company Memorandum and Articles of Association       
• Certificate of Incorporation                                            
• Name of the Company Directors and passport size attested by Attorney
• Tax Clearance Certificate                                              
• Valid Trading license                                                    
• Office Inspection report duly signed by TCB and the Company
• Purchasing Agreement/Contract (For Non-roasting plant owners)

3. LOCAL COFFEE ROASTER’S LICENCE 

• Company Memorandum and Articles of Association       
• Certificate of Incorporation                                            
• Name of the Company Directors and passport size attested by Attorney

• Plant Inspection report duly signed by TCB and the Company

4. COFFEE PROCESSING LICENCE (WASHED & NON-WASHED)

• Letter naming a Licensed Liquorer approved by the TCB official

 5. GREEN COFFEE EXPORT LICENCE

• Certificate of Co-operative Registration

• Committee minutes / Board agreed to Execute Direct Export

      8.2: NON-COFFEE PRODUCERS
